1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of machinix.ai (the "Service"), a B2B industrial machinery marketplace. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

machinix.ai is an online B2B marketplace for industrial machinery and industrial assets. The Service facilitates connections (lead generation) between sellers and buyers. We do not act as a broker, agent, or payment processor for transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Do not use another person's information without authorization.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • When listing assets, you must have ownership or authorization to sell.
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

4. Listing Policies

  • All listings must be for industrial machinery or related industrial assets.
  • Fraudulent or misleading listings are prohibited.
  • The Service may remove listings that violate policies without prior notice.
  • Photos and specifications must accurately represent the actual condition of the machinery.

5. Disclaimer

machinix.ai does not guarantee the condition, quality, safety, or legality of listed assets. All transactions are conducted directly between parties, and the Service bears no responsibility for transaction outcomes. Reference prices displayed are estimates prior to seller confirmation and may differ from the final price.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, and technology of the Service are the intellectual property of machinix.ai. Copyright of listing information and photos uploaded by users remains with the respective users, who grant the Service a license to display such content for listing purposes.

7. Service Modification and Termination

The Service may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service with prior notice to users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
